IBPL Bio-CNG Plant
IBPL Bioenergy is dedicated to develop innovative biogas projects that capture renewable energy from organic waste products. We are working with the aim to increase agricultural profit and sustainability through environmental responsible practices.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY: The production process of our company is 215 MT of Mix organic waste (200 MT by SDMC & 15 MT by project Promoter) per day into 4241 KG per day Bio CNG and 32250 KG Bio Fertilizer in a day.
IBPL is manufacturing Bio CNG. Bio CNG is the best option to meet all of the energy needs. This is a renewable source of energy derived from the organic materials named by Biomass. Biomass helps to produce transportation fuel and fertilizer, CNG and Fertilizer. It’s a safe and nature friendly energy source. Nowadays everybody is promoting the use of bioenergy. It is not only good for nature but for us also, That how smartly we can transfer our waste into energy.
The company is focusing on being a Green technology company. It has a portfolio of low-carbon energy technology and various products that can fulfil the demands from a range of customers. Which includes the industries from the agriculture, food, waste and wastewater industries. As well as in the transport sectors, on a large scale. This project is already the gigantic BIO CNG Project in India. IBPL is working With installed capacity of #### cum of raw biogas and #### kg of purified Bio CNG gas being produced every day.
The product organic fertilizer produced from this project is distributed all over India in the brand name of KURDI.

Uses of Bio Energy
BioMass is the renewable and sustainable source of energy. It is also known with the name of gas fuel and biofuel - for transportation. Biofuel includes some simple waste such as the waste cellulosic,ethanol, biofuels and hydrocarbon drop-in fuel . The two common types of biofuels we use today are basically ethereal and bio CNG. Renewable transport fuel is a good alternative of transportation fuel and same in the functionally also. It can be used in light vehicles. That is running all time on the road only.
BioPower Energy of CNG and Fertilizer
BioPower is the technology to convert renewable biomass fuel into CNG and into Fertilizer also. There are three ways to do this, first is burning and the second one is bacterial decay and the last one is conversion of biomass into a solid or gas. Biopower has been offset to burn into the power plants. Hance lowering the carbon intensity generates the electricity. It is totally different from intermittent renewable energy.
